Tiger Woods got off to a blazing start on Friday, going three under before play was suspended. He and many other players resume their second rounds at 8 a.m. ET Saturday morning.

Once they are finished, tee times will be determined for the third round. Round 3 is set to begin about 30 minutes after the completion of the second round. Players will go out in threesomes to try and finish before Sunday.

Can anyone catch leader Gary Woodland, who made it to 10 under on Friday? Follow along below to see for yourself.

7:39: Koepka and Woodland clean for par at 18, and with that the third round of the 2018 PGA Championship is complete. Koepka heads into the final round with a two-shot lead over Adam Scott. Woodland will start Sunday three behind. Thanks for reading, and join us again tomorrow for the final round live blog!

7:37: Same goes for Koepka. he misses his shorter birdie putt at the last.

7:36: Woodland’s birdie putt sneaks by the left side. He’ll have a short one for par.

7:31: Koepka and Woodland both reach the 18th green with their second shots.

7:26: Fowler just can’t make a birdie putt drop. He settles for par at 18 to finish at -9.

7:23: Ouch. Woodland pulls a Tiger and three-putts for par at 17. Koepka cleans up his birdie to move back to -12.

7:21: Koepka makes a poor stroke with his mid-range eagle putt. He’s got work left to do for birdie.

7:18: Woodland comes up 10-12 feet short with his long eagle putt at 17. Fowler sticks his approach at 18.

7:13: Koepka hits a great second shot at 17 to about 18 feet. He’ll have that for an eagle to grow his lead.

7:10: Fowler sinks a four-footer for birdie at 17 to move back to -9, two back.

7:08: Justin Thomas makes his putt to close with a bogey. He’ll head into Sunday at -8.

7:07: Adam Scott misses his short birdie try at 18. He’ll settle for a par to finish the day at -10, just one off the lead.

7:05: Defending champ Justin Thomas is having a tough time at 18. He hit his drive into a bunker, his second short into the left rough, and then hit a poor wedge with his third.

7:03: Adam Scott sticks it close with his approach at 18. He’ll have that to tie the lead.

7:00: Both Woodland and Koepka make clutch putts at 16 to save par. They remain at -9 and -11, respectively.

6:59: Koepka blows his chip well past the hole at 16. He’ll have to sink a good 10-footer to avoid his third bogey in a row.

6:58: Justin Thomas makes birdie at 17 to join the group at -9.

6:57: Tiger talks after his round:

6:56: Woodland fails to reach the putting surface with his second at 16. His ball stops on the collar.

6:53: Adam Scott two-putts for birdie at 17 to move to -10, just one back of Koepka. Koepka hits his tee shot at 16 over the green into deep rough.

6:51: After a long wait on the 16 tee, Woodland hits an ugly tee shot wide right on the par 3.

6:48: Jason Day finished off a round of 67 with a par at 18. He’s also tied with the group at -8.

6:46: Rickie Fowler pars 16 to stay at -8.

6:41: Jon Rahm birdies 17 to move into a tie for second at -9, two back.

6:38: Brandon Stone nearly jarred an ace on the fly at 16 and damaged the cup in the process:

6:35: Woodland makes par to counter Koepka’s bogey. Koepka’s lead is suddenly down to two shots.

6:31: Koepka hits a nice chip and gets up-and-down, but that’s back-to-back bogeys for our leader. He drops to -11.

6:29: After taking a penalty stroke and a drop, Koepka hits his third shot at the par-4 15th over the green into rough. He’s going to have work hard just to make bogey.

6:26: Adam Scott just birdied 16 to move into a tie for second with Woodland at -9. Koepka is stuck directly behind a tree, and he’s decided to take an unplayable lie.

6:24: Here’s Woodland’s birdie at 14:

6:23: Koepka hits a shaky drive at 15 into the trees to the right. Cracks are beginning to show.

6:21: Tiger once again can’t make his birdie putt at 18. So he settles for a third-round 66. It’s hard to be disappointed with a 66, but it could have been so, so, so much better for Tiger today.

6:18: Remember Gary Woodland? He just birdied 14 to move into sole possession of second at -9.

6:17: Tiger sticks his approach to 10 feet at 18. He could really use a birdie to keep pace and give himself a chance tomorrow.

6:16: For the first time in two rounds, Koepka surrenders a shot at 14. He falls to -12 but still leads by four.

6:14: Koepka hit into a bunker with his second at 14. His sand shot comes up well short of the hole, so he’ll have his first true tester for par here.

6:10:  Adam Scott misses a short par putt at 15. He drops down to -8, and now Koepka has a five-shot lead at the PGA Championship. That also means Tiger is tied for second right now.

6:07: Rickie Fowler misses another birdie try at 14. He’s also stuck at -8 with Tiger.

6:05: Oh no! Tiger MISSES his three-footer for birdie at 17! A devastating three-putt for Tiger who stays stuck at -8.

6:03: Tiger powers his eagle putt past the hole at 17. Koepka saves par, again, at 13 to remain at -13.

6:00: Koepka leaves his tee shot at the par-3 13th in deep rough on the back left of the green. He hits a decent chip from there, but he’ll have a good 5 feet to save par.

5:58: When Tiger’s on in two…

5:55: Tiger rips a monster 4-iron onto the green with his second shot at the par-5 17th and watches it roll within 15 feet! He’ll have a great look at eagle.

5:52: Fowler misses his long birdie at 13 to drop to -8. He’s now tied with Tiger five shots back.

5:50: Koepka burns the edge with his long birdie putt at 12. A tap-in par for our leader to remain at -13.

5:49: Fowler hits a poor chip from deep rough at 13. He’ll have a good 25 feet to save par.

5:47: Koepka hits a wedge to 20 feet at 12.

5:46: Tiger smashes a driver down the middle of the fairway at the par-5 17th. He needs a birdie here to keep up with Koepka.

5:44: Fowler knocks it over the green with his first at the par-3 13th.

5:39: A lot of missed opportunities for Tiger today, but he’s still in it:

5:37: Koepka somehow saves par after his poor tee shot at 11. He seems incapable of making bogey right now.

5:36: Tiger nearly holes his long birdie try at 16 but it comes up just short of the cup. He settles for another par.

5:34: Kisner makes an ugly bogey at 11 to fall to -8.

5:32: Scott misses his birdie at 13. He’ll remain at -9.

5:30: Woods hits the green with his tee shot at the par-3 16th, but it’s a long way from the hole.

5:28: Adam Scott (-9) hits a nice shot to 15 feet at the par-3 13th.

5:27: Koepka (-13) now has a four-shot lead over Rickie Fowler, Kevin Kisner and Adam Scott. But Koepka might be in trouble with his tee shot at 11.

5;25Here’s a look at Matt Wallace’s ace at 16:

5:23: Once again Tiger can’t sink a makeable birdie putt at 15. That makes it six-straight pars for Woods.

5:22: Woodland finishes with a triple-bogey 7 at 10. He plummets all the way down to -7.

5:21: Koepka comes up short with his birdie putt at 10. Tiger reaches the green safely in two at 15.

5:19: Matt Wallace just ACED the par-3 16th hole, the first ace of the tournament. He moves to -5.

5:16: With his next bunker shot, Woodland sails the green AGAIN! He’s ended up in his own foot prints from his first bunker shot.

5:15:  Yikes. Woodland’s bunker shot sails right over the green into another bunker. Kisner has a much better result.

5:12: Kisner and Woodland found the front bunker at 10. Koepka? He’s got a mid-ranger for birdie.

5:11: Tiger really needs to make something happen now, and he gets it started right at 15, bombing a drive down the center of the fairway.

5:09: Fowler just misses an eight-footer for par at 10. He drops down to -9, four shots back.

5:06: Tiger taps in for another par at 14. Missed opportunity there. Koepka is starting to pull away.

5:02: Here’s Koepka’s birdie putt at 9:

5:00: Rickie Fowler is now tied for second with Woodland. Both trail Koepka by three.

4:59: Koepka drains his birdie at 9 to reach -13. Kisner comes up short with his par putt. He remains where he started at -9. Woodland mis-hits a chip that leads to bogey to drop back to -10. Suddenly Brooks Koepka has a three-shot lead at the PGA Championship.

4:57: Jordan Spieth nearly jarred a wedge for eagle at 14:

4:53: Koepka hits a beautiful wedge into the 9th green. He’ll have yet another good look at birdie to close out his front nine.

4:50: Tiger can’t convert a 10-15 footer for birdie at 13. It just missed on the low side. Stress-free par for Woods.

4:48: Tiger busted out a classic club-twirl on the 11th tee:

4:45: On the par-3 13th, Woods rips an iron to the back of the green, another solid, solid shot. Looks like about 15 feet for birdie from there.

4:44: Koepka drops the putt to reclaim the solo lead at -12, one ahead of Woodland.

4:41: On 12, Woods from 14 feet for birdie…and it burns the edge. He taps for par and stays eight under, tied for sixth and very much in the mix.

4:39: From 100 yards on the par 5 8th, Koepka nearly jars it on the fly before it sucks back to about 6 feet. That’s for birdie to get to -12.

4:34: On 8, Rickie Fowler pitches it close and kicks in the birdie on the par 5 to get to -10, the third player to reach double digits under par.

4:33: Woods now from the fairway, and he finds the back tier of the green. Another solid iron shot. He’ll have about 10 feet left for birdie.

4:30: Tiger off the tee on 12. Driver. Destroyed. Dead center. He’s feeling it right now.

4:27: On 8, Koepka sends a drive into the trees left. Kisner finds the fairway.  And ahead on 12, Spieth’s 5th shot catches the ridge of the green and dies about 15 feet short. That’s for double.

4:23: Spieth’s first shot indeed caromed off the trees and OB. So, he’s lying four in the rough off the fairway there. This is going to derail his third-round charge.

4:22: Up ahead on 12, Spieth from deep in the trees, blasts over (or into?) the woods. He’s now hitting a provisional. Apparently this is Spieth’s second provisional on 12, after also hitting one off the tee (they found the original shot). Spieth’s fourth shot skirts through the fairway. This could be a mess for Spieth. We’ll see if that first one is found.

4:17: Woods for birdie…and it comes up 2 revolutions short. He hasn’t made a putt longer than 17 feet this week. But he heads to the 12th tee just three shots back.

4:13: At 11, Tiger from the center of the fairway … another wedge….and it skips it back to about 15 feet. Not bad. Another birdie chance.

4:09: As we catch our breath, a look at the leaderboard: Koepka -11, Woodland -10, Kisner and Fowler -9, Tiger part of a pack at -8.

4:02: And Woods drops the par putt! Punctuated by a mini fist pump. That’s the first time he’s parred the hole in three rounds. He’s still eight under, right in the thick of it.

3:59: Back on 10, Tiger with another flip wedge..and it settles about 8 feet below the hole. He’ll have that for par.

3:58: Woodland for birdie on 6, hits the lip but stays out. Koepka and Kisner both saved their pars.

3:54: On 10, Woods misses the fairway and chops out. He’ll have to get up and down from about 80 yards to save par on one of the toughest holes on the course.

3:53: On 6, both Kisner and Koepka miss the green on the par 3. Two tough up-and-downs coming.

3:51: Spieth on 10, after making 20-footers on back-to-back holes…comes up just short. He taps, pars and remains seven under.

3:48: Koepka drops another birdie and he’s alone in the lead at 11 under. And Rickie Fowler drops one to get to nine under. Birdies are just flying. First one to 20 under wins?

3:42: Woods pours in the par. No sweat. (Other than all the actual sweat.) He turns in 31, two back.

3:39: Woods decides to putt from the collar on 9….a big right-to-left bender. And it dies off below the hole. Inside 3 feet, though. Should be a safe par.

3:35: Woods with an iron, and that one flies just over the green, onto the back fringe. He might be a little amped up. Still, it’ll be a straight-forward chip from there.

3:31: At 4, Koepka with a loooong birdie attempt that just misses. He’ll par and stay -10. And on 9, Spieth drops another one to get to seven under. The career Grand Slam remains in play here on Saturday afternoon.

3:29: On 9, no need for a driver and Woods hangs back with iron off the tee. It finds the the short grass. All system’s go.

3:26: Tiger’s putt, from 6 feet, 5 inches….and it’s good! That’s five birdies on the front nine, and Woods is within two. Getting louder and louder out there.

3:19: It’s a lob wedge…and again, it’s excellent. Looks like about 6 feet left for another birdie, this to get to eight under.

3:18: Woods lays up on 8, and from 105 yards, it’s time to dial in another wedge…

3:15: At 3, Kisner for birdie…comes up about 2 revolutions short. He’ll stay -8. And charging up ahead is none other than Jordan Spieth, who kicks in a birdie on 8 to move to -6. Things are happening at Bellerive.

3:07: On 8, Woods takes driver and rips a baby cut, but it trickles into the right rough. It’ll all depend on the lie on that par 5.

3:05: Woods on 7, from seven feet…good! Four birdies and two shirts in his first seven holes. He’s seven under and it’s getting loud out there.

3:00: Meanwhile, Gary Woodland chunks a shot into the water on 2. That was ugly. …but he rallies to stick an approach from the drop zone and will only make a bogey. Still, Brooks Koepka looks like he’s about to be tied for the lead here.

2:58: Woods now, for dead center in the fairway, mid iron …and it sticks just above the hole. Maybe 10 feet for birdie. He’s now his 14 of his last 15 greens in reg. Feeling it with those irons.

2:53: Tiger finds the fairway on the par-4 7th. Good start.

2:49: Big rebound birdie for Tiger. You could hear the roar from the media center. He’s back to six under now.

2:48: Justin Thomas birdies the 1st and 3rd holes and climbs to eight under, now T3.

2:45: Tiger grabs a six-iron on the 198-yard par-3 6th hole and puts it close. About 12-15 feet coming for birdie.

2:40: And the final group is officially on the golf course. Woodland (10 under), Kisner (nine) and Koepka (eight) in the last grouping today.

2:38: Tiger runs it by the left edge from six feet, and there’s a bogey, his first of the day. He’s five under and five off the lead. One under for his round.

2:34: Speaking of strong starts, Jason Day is two under after three today and he joins a big group at seven under.

2:34: Not the best putt from Woods there. Four feet remaining. Never scared the hole. Started it out too far left. It was a tough, delicate putt though.

2:29: Woods finds the green with an eight-iron. He was only a couple of inches into the rough and had a flier lie. Landed it on the green and will have about 25 feet downhill for birdie. Pretty good from there.

2:27: That didn’t take long. Defending champ Justin Thomas birdies the 1st hole and he’s to seven under, three off the lead.

2:26: Spieth is three under for the tournament through four holes, but he just stuck it close at 5. Should make birdie and jump to four under.

2:23: Here’s a look at Tiger’s chip from the last hole.

2:22: Tiger pulls driver on 5, hits it well but it barely trickles into the right rough. We will see how the lie is.

2:21: McIlroy is two over on the day (three bogeys, one birdie) and one under overall through seven holes today.

2:19: The 463-yard par-4 5th is up next. Seventh-toughest hole this week.

2:18: Last group today is 1:38 local time, 20 minutes from now.

2:14: Whoa! Tiger almost makes it from about 40 yards. He taps in for par. He dropped it over a ridge and it ran out just in front of the cup. A half inch short of going in.

2:09: From 209 out Tiger hammers it out to the fairway, about 30-40 yards short of the green. He couldn’t reach the green from there. Tree in the way, bad lie, needed to draw it, so this was about his only play. Needs to get up and down to save par.

2:05: Lots of birdies being made already today. Rose and Zach Johnson both one under after three, Day one under after two to get to six under total. Should be a fun day.

2:01: Long par-4 4th for Tiger. He brings out the driver and has to draw it… and it’s in the left rough.

1:57: That’s a par for Tiger on the 3rd. He’s headed to the fourth two under after three and six under total.

1:54: Tiger finds the green at the par-3 3rd, but a long birdie putt coming up. Maybe 50 feet or so.

1:50: Tiger drains it. Birdie at the 2nd and he’s six under, T9 and four back.

1:44: Tiger coming out hot for Round 3 as he sticks it at the 2nd. Will have a short birdie putt coming up.

1:33: Here we got for Tiger’s third round. He’s grouped with Webb Simpson and Stewart Cink, and what a start! Birdie at the opener — knocked in a 15-footer — and he’s down to five under.

10:49: Woods drains it. He’ll sign for a four-under 66, and he’s four under for the event, six shots back. Again, this comes after he started the event with a double and a bogey. Those three shots still loom large. JT pars and is six under and very much in this thing. Rory finishes three under and needs to start moving quickly in his third round. That’s all for now for the blog. Back in a bit.

10:47: Rory drains a 5-footer for par to finish three under. Now Woods on the same line…

10:45: Woods give his birdie putt a firm rap, and it glides across the green, settling to about 4 feet about the hole. He’ll have that close Round 2 with a par.

10:39: Woods from the right rough, with the ball above his feet and fans cleared out around him, takes a cut. It finds the left side of the green, safely on. Pin is on the right, so it’ll be a long, long lag for birdie. Still, a good shot just finding the green there.

10:33: On the 456-yard par 4 18th, Tiger plays a cut off the tee, and he carves it into the crowd right of the fairway. Rory does the same.

10:27: Woods was just the 9th player in the field reach this green in two in the second round. And now the put..and it cozies up to a less than a foot. That’ll be a safe birdie to get to four under. One hole to go in this rain-delayed second round.

10:20: From the center of the short grass,Woods carves a 3-wood around the corner and onto the front of the green. That was sweet. He’ll have about 30 feet for eagle on the par 5.

10:13: Woods with a driver, and that’s another fairway. Last couple swings with that club have looked really good.

10:09: Woods gives it a good run but it burns the edge. He cleans it up for par. Still three under.

10:05: Rory on 16 chips up to about 5 feet. JT from a green side bunker, blasts out to 3 feet. That was a good little shot. Now Tiger for birdie…

10:01: On the par 3, Woods rips an iron, a pretty little cut to about 15 feet. Nice shot, nice opportunity. He could use a couple coming in if he’s going to contend in this thing.

9:58: Woods drops the par putt. OK. Still three under, seven back. On to the 16th.

9:56: Woods’s lag comes up about 4 feet short. Little meat left on that bone.

9:51: Woods from 203 yards…online…but comes up short of the stick. Still, it’s on the green, maybe 30-40 feet left for birdie.

9:45: Woods stripes one off the tee with driver. That’s right: a fairway hit with a driver. Meanwhile, Rory snaps his tee ball into the left bunker.

9:42: Woods now for birdie….a right-to-left bender…and it just breaks low at the end. And a little short, if we’re being honest. And we’re always honest in the Golf.com blog. Anyway, Woods taps for par to stay three under. On to the 15th.

9:40: Rory from behind the green…and it’s in! Look for that one on SportsCenter tonight. There’s a birdie he needed. Great shot. He moves to two under.

9:36: Woods with an 8-iron from the fairway…and it’s safely on the center of the green. Maybe 20 feet for birdie. Meanwhile, McIlroy is dragging along at -1 and flies the green with an iron. He’s looking a little dicey along that cutline, which is still even par.

9:33: Iron off the tee for Woods on 14. Fairway.

9:28: Woods tw0-putts for par. Still 3 under. On to the par-4 14th.

9:22: On the par-3 13th, Woods flies it right over the stick, on the green but about 25 past the cup. Birdie putt coming.

9:18: Woods’s par putt never sniffs the hole. That hurts. Looked like a misread. Woods drops back to 3 over.

9:15: Woods’s lag, all things considered, is strong. It runs about 5 feet past. That’s left for par.

9:10: From the juicy stuff, Woods takes a hack and finds the front of the green. Only problem? The pin is tucked waaaaaay in the back. This putt will be — wait for it — 98 feet, 11 inches. Or as I call it: a half-wedge shot. Stay tuned.

9:01: Woods with a driver off the tee, and he over-cuts it into the right rough.

8:58: Rory’s birdie putt burns the edge. JT and Tiger birdie. Woods is six off the lead. On to the 12th.

8:54: Tiger with a little 60-degree wedge..and he spins it back to kick-in range! That’ll be a bounce-back birdie to get back to four under.

8:50: Rory goes first and lays back with an iron. Tiger does the same. Thomas rips the big dog, and it settles just left of the green, in a pretty good spot to pitch from.

8:48: The tees are up on 11, and the par-4 is playing 297 yards, with a lake on the right. The group is going to let the green clear, so expect to see some drivers here.

8:44: Tiger’s putt for par catches a piece of the lip but stays out. Ouch. Missed it to the right. It’s his first bogey of the day, and he drops to three under, seven off the lead.

8:41: Tiger’s pitch shot is away and it’s … OK. Comes up about 4 feet short. That’ll be for par on one of the toughest holes on the course.

8:39: Rory and JT find the green, and JT will have a good look at birdie. Tiger will play next, looking to bump it close.

8:37: Tiger’s drive: 303 yards. He plays first into this green, from 204 yards…and it comes up just short of the green. It stayed out of the bunker, so it should be a straight-forward pitch from there.

8:34: Drivers all around for Tiger, Rory and JT on the long and tough par-4 10th. All in the fairway.

8:28: Tiger taps and turns in four under for the round and the event.

8:26: Tiger gives it a rap, and it comes to rest about 2 feet short. Not shabby. Looks like a safe par.

8:25: Putting from the same tier and similar line as Woods, JT leaves his lag about 8 feet short. Let’s see if Tiger learned something there.

8:18: Woods with a 7-iron…and it finds the green, but only the front tier with the pin tucked in the back. It’ll be a long lag from there.

8:15: All three guys take less than driver on the short par-4 9th, Woods and Thomas find the fairway, while Rory rips a 3-wood into the right rough.

8:12: Gotta say, after Friday afternoon’s electric (over-served) atmosphere, it’s jarringly quiet on the course this morning.

8:09: And Woods pours in the 5-footer for birdie! THat’s four birds in eight holes to start his round. He’s six behind the lead. Thomas and Rory also clean up birdies. On to the 9th.

8:07: From the front bunker, Rory blasts to tap-in range, and that should be good enough for his first birdie of the day. That’ll end a run of 16 straight pars for Rors.

8:05: They’re on the par-5 8th. Woods has a flip wedge to reach the green in 3. …and he spins it in there to about 5 feet. He hit a few of those in warm-ups today. Now he’ll have that for his fourth birdie of his second round.

8:00: Goooood morning golf fans. How’d everyone sleep? Not well enough? Same. We’re going to get Round 2 started (for the second time), and we’ll be giving you wall-to-wall coverage of the featured group of Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Justin Thomas. They’re about to get going now.
