The 2019 Masters kicks off at Augusta National Golf Club this week, and Tiger Woods is set to enter the first major of the season with the fourth-highest odds to win.

The 43-year-old Woods has 14/1 odds to win the Masters, according to golfodds.com. The only three golfers with better odds to win than Woods are Rory McIlroy at 7/1, Dustin Johnson at 10/1, and Justin Rose at 12/1.

This past December, Woods was the betting favorite to win at Augusta alongside Rose and Jordan Spieth at 12/1. Woods’s Masters odds then fell back to 14/1 in January as the 38-year-old Rose became the sole betting favorite.

But as recently as last month, Woods saw his odds to win the Masters jump back up to 12/1 alongside Rose and McIlroy. Only DJ at 10/1 had higher odds to win.

Last week, Woods and Rose each had the third-highest odds to win at 12/1.

Woods, who is looking for his fifth green jacket and first since 2005, is coming off a T5 performance at the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play last month at Austin Country Club. The 14-time major champion was eliminated by Lucas Bjerregaard during the quarterfinals.

The 80-time PGA Tour winner was last victorious at the Tour Championship this past September, and he’s looking for major No. 15 next week. His last major title came at the 2008 U.S. Open.

Woods finished T32 at the 2018 Masters, his first appearance in the event in three years. A victory at Augusta National would move Woods into sole possession of the second-most Masters titles of all-time, only one behind Jack Nicklaus’ record of six green jackets.
