The final major of the year is setting up to be a memorable one. When the Open last came to Royal Liverpool in 2014, Rory McIlroy captured his first Open title. But after winning the PGA later that summer, he has failed to increase his major haul.

But McIlroy is fresh off a clutch win at the Genesis Scottish Open, following a year of solid play. Can he end his drought this week in England?

To do so he’ll have to defeat defending champion Cameron Smith, World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, Masters champion Jon Rahm and many more stars prepped for one last shot at major glory.

2023 Open Championship TV schedule (ET)

TV coverage of the 2023 Open Championship will be provided by NBC and USA. USA will air exclusive telecasts on Thursday and Friday, as well as early morning coverage on the weekend. NBC will air the heart of the third and final rounds on Saturday and Sunday.
