In the opening round of the AT&T Byron Nelson, a lot of players got off to a strong start they can be proud of. But one man had a better start than all the rest,. Much, much better.

Sebastian Munoz
How did a statistically poor putter shoot a 12-under? He played without a line.
By: Nick Piastowski

Sebastian Munoz shot an incredible 12-under 60 on Thursday at TPC Craig Ranch, making birdies on his final three holes to hit that number and narrowly miss out on a historic 59. No matter, the scintillating start gave him an impressive four-stroke lead through 18 holes.

Munoz will try to keep the momentum going in Friday’s second round when he tees off at 1:33 p.m. ET. You can stream the second round via PGA Tour Live on ESPN+, or watch the telecast on Golf Channel.
