Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy share a laugh at the Old Course on Monday.

It’s Open week at St. Andrews, with a major title on the line, and it could also very well be Tiger Woods’ last major played at the Old Course, his favorite in the world.
Time to get serious, right? Well, maybe not quite yet.
The PGA Tour tweeted a video of Woods messing around with Rory McIlroy on the putting green on Monday, as the two were rolling putts and preparing for the Celebration of Champions. Woods rolled one putt near McIlroy’s feet, and Rory ignored it. Then Tiger tried harder to get his attention, this time rocketing a ball toward McIlroy. Rory jumped to dodge it, laughed and took a swing to try and send it back at Tiger.
While this brief yet funny moment will almost certainly not make the end-of-the-week highlights, it is Monday at a major, and the news is slow. Pro golfers, they act just like us!
Anyway, both McIlroy and Woods hold press conferences on Tuesday, as the opening day of the 150th Open draws closer. We’ll have lots more pre-tournament goodies to chew on then.
