Solheim Cup: Here are all the singles matchups and tee times for Sunday at Gleneagles
The 2019 Solheim Cup is almost complete. With two days gone, the U.S. and European teams are deadlocked at 8 points apiece. Only the final session awaits on Sunday to determine a champion.
Much like at the Ryder Cup, the Solheim Cup concludes with 12 singles matches, pitting one American against one European for one point per match. That means there are 12 points in all up for grabs on Sunday.
The U.S. team has won the last two Solheim Cups and maintains an all-time record of 10-5 in the biennial event. But Team Europe will have home-field advantage, something they’ve used expertly in the past for four of their five victories.
The very first match on Sunday will see American Danielle Kang face off against Carlota Ciganda, beginning at 6:40 a.m. ET, 11:40 a.m. local time. The final anchor match features two Solheim veterans in Morgan Pressel and Anna Nordqvist, who will tee off at 8:52 a.m. ET.
