While most of the hype heading into this week was about Jon Rahm, the World No. 1 and newly-minted Masters champion (not to mention the defending champion at this very tournament), another player has emerged as the primary storyline at the tournament’s halfway point: Tony Finau.

Finau holds a one-shot lead after firing rounds of 65-64 to reach 13 under. He’s seeking the sixth PGA Tour win of his career.
