Tiger Woods’ comeback has dominated much of the attention early on at this 2022 Masters, but that all changes on Tuesday night, when defending champion Hideki Matsuyama gets to host his first Masters Champions Dinner.

And now we know exactly what he will be serving to all of the former champions in attendance, including Tiger, Dustin Johnson, Bubba Watson, Bernhard Langer, Fred Couples and many more.

On Tuesday morning, Augusta National’s official Masters Twitter account unveiled the white and green menu for Hideki’s dinner, officially known as the Masters Club Dinner, and it’s heavy on some Japanese staples.

The champions will begin their feast with assorted sushi, sashimi and nigiri, as well as yakitori chicken skewers as appetizers.

The main courses will be miso glazed black cod and miyazaki wagyu: a wagyu beef ribeye with mixed mushrooms and veggies.

Finally for desert Hideki has planned a Japanese strawberry shortcake, equipped with whipped cream and amaou strawberries.

It’s a delicious and sophisticated meal fit for the first Japanese men’s major champion.
