Few players have been as consistently good as Ryan Fox and Sam Burns over the last couple of months, which is why GOLF Subpar podcast co-hosts Colt Knost and Drew Stoltz are betting on that duo at this week’s Genesis Scottish Open.
Fox has won twice already this season and hasn’t finished outside the top 30 in his last six starts. Knost picked him to top 20 (+260) for his Fanatics Sportsbook bet of the week. Stoltz also had Fox originally picked but changed course and landed on Burns to top 20 (+190).
“He’s had five straight top 20s; top 20 in seven of his last eight starts,” Stoltz said. “He was in contention right until the very end at the U.S. Open and lost in a playoff in Canada. And he’s making a push for that Ryder Cup team right now. I feel pretty good about this one.”
