How to watch Masters on Saturday
Several star players put together solid starts to get toward the top of the leaderboard at the halfway point of the Masters. But the man at the very top of that leaderboard is way, way ahead.
Defending champion Rory McIlroy showed off his elite skills and knowledge of Augusta National in Round 2, making birdies on six of his last seven holes to shoot a seven-under 65.

The incredible round moved McIlroy to 12 under, giving him a six-shot lead heading into Saturday’s third round. That’s the biggest 36-hole lead in Masters history.
Major winners Patrick Reed, Justin Rose, Shane Lowry, Tommy Fleetwood and Jason Day are among McIlroy’s closest chasers with two rounds to play. But they all have a lot of ground to cover to prevent McIlroy from winning a second-straight green jacket.
Bryson DeChambeau, on the other hand, will not be playing the weekend. He made a triple bogey at 18 on Friday to miss the cut.
You can watch the third round of the Masters on TV via CBS, which will air coverage beginning at 2 p.m. ET on Saturday. Masters.com, the Masters app, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+ and the ESPN App will provide streaming coverage beginning Saturday at 9:53 a.m. ET.
