2025 Wyndham Championship Friday tee times: Round 2 groupings

The second round of the 2025 Wyndham Championship starts Friday, August 1, at Sedgefield Country Club. You can find full Wyndham Championship tee times for Friday’s second round at the bottom of this post.

Featured tee time for Round 2

Three-time major champion Jordan Speith needed a hot start at this week’s Wyndham Championship, and he got one on Thursday.

Starting on the back nine Spieth made an early bogey but then followed it up with three-straight birdies. When he added a birdie at the 5th hole and another at the 6th, he moved to four under for the tournament, just two shots off the early lead.

While he’s safely qualified for the FedEx St. Jude Championship, the first event of the 2025 FedEx Cup Playoffs, Spieth is currently at 50th in the standings.

That means he needs to play well this week to stay in the top 50 and qualify for the second playoff event. Finishing the year in the top 50 will book him spots in all Signature Events next season. But he’ll need a really strong finish to get within the top 30 to play the season-finale Tour Championship.

Spieth continues his quest on Friday when he tees off for the second round at 12:43 p.m. ET alongside Akshay Bhatia and Adam Scott.
