The FedEx Cup Playoffs come to an end this week with the 2025 Tour Championship at East Lake, and Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy are among the betting favorites. Here is everything you need to know about the Tour Championship odds and other betting favorites to start the week.
Tour Championship betting favorites
We’ve reached the final event of the 2025 FedEx Cup Playoffs. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler has won seemingly everything this season, so it’s no surprise he’s a massive favorite to win this week’s Tour Championship finale, to the tune of +150 odds to win.
Scheffler took home last week’s BMW Championship title to win another bonus prize, which comes after he earned the top bonus in the first FedEx Cup payout at the end of the regular season.
Now he’ll try to win his second consecutive FedEx Cup title at the Tour Championship. But unlike last year, he will not receive starting strokes. So he won’t receive any advantage at East Lake for his season-long domination. All 30 competitors will start at even par and play a traditional four-round stroke-play event.

Check out the best shots of the week from the 2025 BMW Championship, including Akshay Bhatia’s incredible hole-in-one and Scottie Scheffler’s chip-in birdie on the 71st hole.
Coming in second in the pre-tournament betting odds is World No. 2 Rory McIlroy at +800. McIlroy finished T12 at the BMW Championship after skipping the first FedEx Cup Playoff event.
Though still winless on the PGA Tour, Tommy Fleetwood has been among the best players in recent weeks. He owns third place in oddsmakers’ eyes at the Tour Championship, with odds to win win starting at +1300.
Filling out the top five in BMW Championship odds are Ludvig Aberg (+1600) and Russell Henley (+2000).
