2025 Texas Children’s Houston Open money: How much every player made

Min Woo Lee had a chance to win the Players Championship a few weeks ago but fell apart during a sloppy third round, which saw him fall out of contention.
The 26-year-old Australian, who has three DP World Tour wins, has been in contention a few times on the PGA Tour but has yet to close the deal. Lee looked at his TPC Sawgrass ejection as an important moment in his evolution as a pro and leaned on that experience Saturday at the Texas Children’s Houston Open when he zoomed past Scottie Scheffler and into the lead at Memorial Park.
“Today I did an amazing job, didn’t [get ahead of myself],” Lee said Saturday. “It was a very good learning curve the last PLAYERS just a few weeks ago being in the lead and just, I don’t know, felt like I wasn’t myself. Yeah, I just had to — you know, I want to be in this situation more and more, so I had to really look into it myself and just keep my head down really and try and hit one shot at a time. It’s a long day, so you can’t get ahead of yourself, and you’ve just got to hit one shot at a time and keep trusting your game.”
Lee entered Sunday with a four-shot lead over Alejandro Tosti and a five-shot lead over Scheffler, but closing out a tournament is rarely easy on the PGA Tour, regardless of the cushion.
Lee struggled with a shaky driver Sunday at Memorial Park but was able to hold off a hard-charging Scheffler and Gary Woodland to claim his first career PGA Tour win.
