Featured tee time for Round 2
At this week’s Masters, World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is playing for history. Scheffler has already won two Masters titles in his career, including last year’s event.
Should he win a second-consecutive green jacket, he would become only the fourth player to do so, following Jack Nicklaus, Nick Faldo and Tiger Woods. But there’s more. A win this week would also increase his total to three. Only eight players have won three or more Masters titles.
Scheffler got his quest started on Thursday, teeing off in the morning wave for the opening round and getting off to a hot start. On Friday, Scheffler will switch to an afternoon tee time and start the day at four under near the top of the leaderboard.
Scheffler tees off for Friday’s second round at 1:23 p.m. ET with playing partners Justin Thomas and Jose Luis Ballester.
