How to watch the BMW Championship on Thursday
After a long 2025 season on the PGA Tour, only 50 players are left standing to play in the 2025 BMW Championship, the second stage of the FedEx Cup Playoffs. Once the final putt drops Sunday evening at Caves Valley, only the top 30 in the FedEx Cup standings will survive and advance to the Tour Championship at East Lake.
But there’s plenty of other stuff on the line at the BMW, too.
The purse is $20 million, with $3.6 million going to the winner. That’s not the only money at stake. The FedEx Cup bonus payouts changed this year. Now, the top-30 players after the end of the BMW will earn an additional $22.295 million, with $5 million going to the player at the top of the standings (hello, Scottie Scheffler.)
