The six-time Tour winner fired a six-under 64 in the second round to reach eight under. That leaves him just four shots off the lead heading into the weekend. While Fowler broke a four-year winless drought last summer, he’s had a disappointing year so far. Now he has a chance to end it on a positive note.
Fowler tees off for the third round Friday night at 9:35 p.m. ET alongside Max Greyserman and Andrew Novak.
