PNC Championship Saturday primer
Twenty teams featuring PGA Tour and LPGA stars and legends of past and present are ready to get the competition underway at the latest edition of the PNC Championship, and they each have a family member with them as a playing partner.
Much of the attention will be focused on Tiger Woods, making his first televised start in months, who is once again playing alongside his son Charlie in what has become an annual tradition.
Saturday’s opening round will feature a scramble format, and Team Woods will tee off in the second-to-last grouping at 10:44 a.m. ET, just before TV coverage begins.
