The 2024 Masters at Augusta National is the first and arguably most prestigious men’s major of the year, but it also features the smallest field. How small is the Masters field? Typically it ends up being about 60 percent the size of the other three majors.

As of Monday morning of Masters week, the 2024 Masters field is set at 89 players. That’s thanks to the late addition of Akshay Bhatia, who won the Valero Texas Open in a playoff Sunday night to earn his spot at Augusta National.

The PGA Tour’s finest are well-represented in this year’s field, including World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, who won the 2022 Masters, and World No. 2 Rory McIlroy, who is in pursuit of his first Masters title.
