The sparkling round gives Springer a two-shot lead heading into Round 2, setting him up for a run at his first PGA Tour victory.

For Friday’s second round, Springer will tee off at 2;55 p.m. ET alongside Zecheng Dou and Blake Hathcoat.

You can watch the second round of the John Deere Classic on TV via Golf Channel, which will air coverage starting at 4 p.m. ET on Friday.
