After following an opening 66 with a 65 on Friday, Bud Cauley (11 under) is leading the charge at the Cognizant Classic halfway point. But all eyes will surely be on Rory McIlroy (eight under) this weekend. McIlroy, who is making his third PGA Tour start of the season, is T6, and he trails Cauley’s lead by three. McIlroy finished T66 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and was T24 at the Genesis Invitational earlier this season.
