How to watch the BMW on Thursday
On Thursday at the BMW, the PGA Tour’s best players will begin their battle over the $20 million purse and $4 million winner’s prize, with one eye on the $25 million FedEx Cup bonus that will be dished out next week.
Only the top 50 players after a full season and one playoff event have a tee time in Thursday’s opening round, where they’ll take on a course at high altitude hosting its first PGA Tour event in years.
Will Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele or Hideki Matsuyama — the current top 3 in the FedEx Cup standings — prevail this week in Colorado, or will someone else state their case with a big win? It all gets started Thursday.
