The second round of the 2023 Genesis Invitational begins Friday morning at Riviera CC. Here’s what you need to know to watch Round 2 on TV or online.

Previewing Genesis Round 2

Thursday at the Genesis Invitational was all about the return of Tiger Woods, who played his first official competitive round of the year on Day 1 at Riviera. And the 15-time major champion did not disappoint.

Woods opened with a birdie on the 1st hole and continued his solid play into the back nine. Through 15 holes, he sat at one over, a respectable score considering the circumstances. But then Tiger reeled off three-straight birdies to close out his round, finishing with an impressive two-under 69.

Heading into Round 2, Woods trails co-leaders Max Homa and Jon Rahm by five shots, and it will take another solid round to make the cut and secure his tee times on the weekend.

For Friday’s second round, Tiger will tee off at 10:24 a.m. ET with Justin Thomas (three under) and Rory McIlroy (four under).

You can stream the second round of the Genesis Invitational via PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ beginning at 9:30 a.m. ET on Friday, or you can watch the second-round telecast on Golf Channel starting at 4 p.m. ET.
