Featured grouping for Round 1
The second major of the year is over, but the PGA Tour season is still in full swing, with this week’s stop back in Texas. And one of the biggest Tour stars of all is headlining the field: Scottie Scheffler.
The World No. 2 finished tied for second at the PGA, and at last year’s Charles Schwab Challenge he lost in a playoff to Sam Burns. This year, he’s the betting favorite by a wide margin.
Scheffler will tee off for the opening round at 9:04 a.m. ET alongside Burns and Davis Riley. You can stream Thursday’s first round via PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ beginning at 8:15 a.m. ET or watch the action on Golf Channel starting at 4 p.m. ET.
