The second round of the 2022 Players Championship will begin at some point on Saturday at TPC Sawgrass, but only after the rain-delayed opening round is at last complete. Here’s what you need to know to watch Round 2 on TV or online.

Previewing Players Round 2

This year’s Players Championship has been a bit of a bust thus far, at least in terms of weather. Storms have delayed the conclusion of the first round all the way into Saturday — and the rain still hasn’t stopped. A planned resumption of play at 11 a.m. ET has been pushed back to noon ET at the earliest.

Tommy Fleetwood and Tom Hoge hold the current clubhouse lead at six under par, but a number of players still have as many as seven holes left to complete in their first rounds.

Once the first round is complete, players will remain in their first-round groupings for the second round, though how many holes they’ll manage to finish is still anyone’s guess at this point.

You can stream extensive coverage of Saturday’s action at TPC Sawgrass via PGA Tour Live on ESPN+, and NBC will provide the TV coverage.
