As Memorial enters its final round on Sunday, players are 18 holes away from earning its $2.16 million top prize, from a $12 million purse. Not bad! But there’s also something to wash it down.
The milkshakes are a popular treat at the course — we’ve heard the Buckeye, with peanut butter and chocolate, is the most popular — and the winners are known to enjoy one after victory. A sweet sweet.
With that, here’s everything you need to know about the money, including winner’s share, for the 2022 Memorial Tournament’s $12 million purse. (But we, sadly, can’t help with the milkshake recipe. According to our 2020 story, the recipe is closely guarded.)
