2022 Masters field: Here’s who’s competing at Augusta National

Golf fans, rejoice! Masters week is finally here, and so are the world’s top players.
Storylines abound at Augusta National, where 91 players will vie for the green jacket this week — and a chance to etch their name in the annals of golf history forever.
The most pressing question of the week — Will Tiger Woods be a part of the 2022 Masters field? — is still unanswered, at least for now. Woods is on site at Augusta, practicing, and says it will be a “game-time decision” if he plays or not.
But even if Woods opts not to play, there are still plenty of other reasons to get excited to watch: Will newly minted World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler cap his recent form by winning his first major championship? Will Jon Rahm or Brooks Koepka add another major to their impressive playing resumes? Can Jordan Spieth rekindle the magical form that Augusta continually summons from him?
