We’ve reached the final round of the 2021 PNC Championship in Orlando, Fla. Below, find everything you need to tune in to Tiger Woods’ return to golf on Sunday, including TV schedule, tee times and more.
PNC Championship final round preview
The Tiger Woods show has proved plenty entertaining through two days (counting the pro-am) at the PNC Championship. Woods has looked good, if slightly gimpy, swinging with ease and surprising precision for a player who’s been removed from professional golf for a year. He put distance concerns to bed on Saturday, poking a few drives that managed to reach PGA Tour average swing speed, which considering his still improving health, would seem to be an optimistic sign.
Charlie has proved Tiger’s entertainment equal through two days as well, providing a handful of highlight-reel shots (and more than his fair share of laugh-out-loud moments). On Saturday, Charlie drained a 60-footer in a putting competition with Tiger and Justin Thomas, then flashed his finest Jerry Maguire ‘show me the money’ in Thomas’ direction.
As for the actual competition, Stewart and Reagan Cink are in lockstep atop the tournament. The father-son (and player-caddie) pair hold a one-stroke lead over John and Little John Daly, and Justin and Mike Thomas. Team Cink enters the final round at 13 under.
