WATCH: ESPN dropped its first 2020 Masters commercial (and golf fans were giddy)
Is it too early to get excited for the 2020 Masters?
The answer is no, it is never too early to get excited for the 2020 Masters.
Golf fans, though, would be forgiven for not having the first major of 2020 on the top of their minds around the holidays. But as they sat watching college football on Saturday evening, the juices no-doubt started flowing once again when the first promo for the 2020 contest dropped to highlight ESPN’s coverage of the tournament’s first and second rounds on April 9-10.
The promo, as you can see, features Ray Charles’ iconic song “Georgia On My Mind,” featuring a series of beautiful shots of Augusta National.
Check it out below, and you can also see a small portion of the (giddy) fan reaction.
