The GOLF Clubhouse Experience at Augusta is set for April 5-6 at the Savannah River Brewing Co.
Savannah River Brewing Co.
Come early April in Augusta, Ga., there’s no doubting the best ticket in town.
This year, the second-best ticket is also a no-brainer.
On Tuesday and Wednesday of Masters week (April 5-6), GOLF is hosting the inaugural GOLFClubhouse Experience at Augusta, a two-day event for golf fans — and beer fans! — at the Savannah River Brewing Co., just a 10-minute drive from Augusta National.
If you’re headed to the Masters, there’s no better spot to soak up the pre-tournament buzz or mingle with GOLF insiders.
On Tuesday at the Clubhouse Experience, which is sponsored by TaylorMade and Dewar’s, GOLF Subpar hosts Colt Knost and Drew Stoltz will be on site to record a live episode of their hit podcast. Two more tapped-in GOLF personalities, Dylan Dethier and Sean Zak, will also live-record an episode of their Drop Zone podcast and offer their forecast for the week ahead.
On Wednesday, more live shows! GOLF’s gear whiz, Jonathan Wall, will kick things off with a recording of his podcast, Fully Equipped. Later that evening renowned teacher Claude Harmon III will sit down with GOLF’s Luke Kerr-Dineen to dish on what they’re hearing from players at Augusta National.
The brewery — along with access to all of the live recordings — will be open to the public, but the real value lies in the two-day VIP package, which unlocks a host of other amazing perks and access. For only $75, a VIP pass, which you can purchase here, includes:
—InsideGOLF membership ($20 value; check out all the benefits here) —GOLF or Birdie Juice hat/t-shirt ($30 value) —Colt+Drew Meet & Greet (see schedule below) —Access to ClubTest Live (see schedule), including a chance to hit a TaylorMade Stealth driver while tracking your results on a Foresight launch monitor —2 drink vouchers, plus a custom Savannah River Brewing Co. pint glass ($20 value) —Raffle entry (prizes include a TaylorMade Stealth driver and trendy GOLF merchandise) —Access to the VIP lounge
What a deal, right? And fun, too. As you’re absorbing insights from our experts or sipping a cold IPA, you can test your short-game skills on Chippo boards (a mash-up of golf and cornhole) and Perfect Practice putting mats that will be stationed at the brewery. There will be no better Augusta hang during Masters week this side of posting up at Amen Corner.
Here’s the full schedule for the GOLF Clubhouse Experience, where our friends and partners at TaylorMade, Dewar’s, Lag Shot, Perfect Practice, Chippo and Foresight will have plenty of fun surprises in store:
