Luckily, many golf clothes are constructed with some level UPF protection already. Definitely, wear a hat or some shades to protect your eyes and face, and, of course, bring along some sunscreen.

The last part — sunscreen — is the most obvious way to protect your skin. We know the importance of sunscreen and were likely taught by parents or told by dermatologists to apply it every single day. Once sunscreen becomes a part of your skincare routine, it’s much easier to follow through with daily SPF application.
