Buy Tony Romo’s House and Play Golf at Its Gated Community Course

August 25, 2016

If you ever wanted to live in a gated golf community, this might be your chance.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is selling his Irving, Texas, mansion nestled in the Cottonwood Valley gated community for $1.05 million, but you get a golf course, too, which is managed by the Four Seasons Resort at Las Colinas.

The 5,551-square-foot home boasts six bedrooms, two half baths, four full baths and a three-car garage. Amenities include an outdoor pool, his-and-hers closets in the master suite, a full bar in the kitchen and a stacked brick fireplace.

Romo, a +3.3 handicap who has played with Jordan Spieth, had to take time off the links due to back injuries sustained during the NFL season. Looks like he’s giving up the gated golf community to keep that temptation at bay.
