GOLF.com Review: The Titleist Players 4 Stand Bag is lightweight and durable (and now comes in more color schemes)

For starters, the Titleist Players 4 Stand Bag has a four-way top and six pockets, which includes that handy large apparel pocket along the side, a valuables pocket and easy-access sleeves for your water bottle and rangefinder. The bag weighs 3.8 pounds, and one of its top selling points is its durability with its top-of-the-line aluminum legs and hinged bottom. Does it live up to the hype?

Yes! I’ve reviewed a handful of golf bags so far, and this is the one I’m actually using at home, so of course I’m happy with it. It’s light and looks great, but my favorite features are the convenient outside pockets for a water bottle and a rangefinder (which I actually don’t have yet but still use it for other things). I also love the main ball pocket. Inside there’s a mesh netting for my tees and the entire ball pocket zips all the way down, meaning you no longer have to dig and dig for that special ball marker or last unscuffed golf ball — you can just unzip and investigate with ease. It took me a little while to get the self-balancing convertible straps to my liking, but that’s probably more user error than anything else. It’s a great golf bag worth checking out.
