Puma Golf introduced the newest spikeless members of their extensive golf shoe family on Wednesday: the Ignite NXT collection.
Designed on a new “Ignite” spikeless traction platform, the NXT shoe models feature three unique silhouettes — most notably, the “Soleace,” the design of which allows the shoe’s laces to be tightened on both the midsole and outsole, rather than just the upper.
Available in four colorways (Burnt Olive/Aged Silver/Black, Black/Team Gold, Gray Violet/Team Gold/Quiet Shade and Peacoat/Team Gold), the Soleace is available for $120 on pumagolf.com.
All of the models in the NXT family are composed of Puma’s Pro-Form TPU outsole, which features over 100 strategically placed directional hexagon lugs for maximum stability and traction. Also included: the Ignite foam midsole, wrapped in “Soleshield” — a new micro-thin TPU film that is vacuum-formed around the midsole to make it easy to clean off dirt and debris.

Similar to the Solelace in most ways, the NXT Lace differs in its inclusion of Puma’s “Pwrframe” reinforcement on the mesh upper to provide additional stability and support. Available in four color combos (Quiet Shade/Team Gold/Black, Black/Silver/White, High Rise/Team Gold/White and Peacoat/Team Gold/White).
IGNITE NXT DISC ($120)
With the NXT Disc, you get all the amenities of the NXT Lace, but also Puma’s proprietary “Disc” tightening system, which delivers a locked-in, consistent and custom fit. Available in the same colorways as the Lace version described above.

IGNITE NXT PRO ($120)
The Ignite NXT Pro replaces mesh with a microfiber upper — and a little less flex. Available in three colorways (High Rise/Team Gold/White, Black/Team Gold/White and White/Silver/Gray Violet). 
IGNITE NXT SOLELACE WOMEN’S ($100)
The ladies’ version comes in three colorways (Peacoat/Metalic Pink; Black/Metalic Pink and Quarry/Caribbean Sea).
