The new X-Act Tank Chipper from Odyssey is aimed at players who need a little extra help around the greens.
Designed to make chipping simple, the new clubs feature a similar design as Odyssey’s Tank putters, including a heavy 355g clubhead and heavy grip that provides a counterbalanced feel through the swing. The result is a smoother motion with quiet hands at impact.
The “X-Act,” sole is exceptionally wide, greatly reducing the likelihood of thin or heavy shots while a polymer face insert improves touch and feel. Other features of the X-Act Tank Chippers include Odyssey’s hi-definition Marxman alignment system that improves aiming consistency and a non-tapered, extra long SuperStroke chipper grip that further improves stability through the stroke while also allowing players to easily move their hands up and down the grip to execute a variety of shots.
Odyssey X-Act Tank Chippers will be available at retail on July 15th.
