The 2018-19 PGA Tour season started back in October at the Safeway Open, but for most equipment manufacturers, the “season” doesn’t officially kick-off until Jan. 1 — better known as the start of the equipment signing period.
Justin Rose made headlines on Day 1 by signing a multi-year, 10-club deal with Honma Golf. And judging by the Honma irons Paul Casey’s wielding this week at Kapalua, chances are Rose won’t be the only new addition to the staff.
Two former equipment free agents found new homes as well, as Gary Woodland signed a 10-club deal with Wilson Golf and Kevin Na formally announced his new Callaway contract on social media.
With more signings expected to be announced in the days ahead, here’s a running list of who’s coming and going in the equipment world.
