Callaway just released its highly anticipated new 2022 Rogue ST irons, which is a family of irons that includes four different models: Pro, MAX, MAX OS and MAX Lite.
All of the irons have Callaway’s new 450 A.I. Face Cups to increase speed and accuracy, and they’re designed with hollow-bodied constructions filled with urethane microspheres. The “Pro” model, specifically, is designed as the most compact head model within the set, coming with thinner toplines and less offset preferred by better players.
In our newest edition of GOLF’s Proving Ground, we put the new 2022 Rogue ST Pro irons up against Callaway’s ever-popular Apex irons. For the test, we hit a Rogue ST Pro 6-iron and a Callaway Apex 6-iron using the same shaft, and we tracked the numbers on a Foresight Sports GC Quad launch monitor.
