My husband has always been particular about his pants. As a golf professional, they’re a part of his daily wardrobe, and he gravitates toward lightweight materials, a comfortable fit and easy-care fabrics that stay pressed and professional-looking throughout the day. Peter Millar’s Durham Performance Trouser ticks all the boxes.

Does it live up to the hype?

Yes, it really does. I’m a very biased party when it comes to assessing my husband’s apparel (he looks good in everything!), but these pants have become my favorites. I especially like the slim, tailored look. While my husband has always been a fan of roomier fits, the classic fit on these trousers isn’t at all constrictive, and the result is really flattering. The best part? Over a year into weekly wear and washing, they still look brand new, and emerge from the dryer wrinkle-free, which, in my opinion, is a huge selling point.
