The lowdown: One of the first shafts to utilize petroleum-based carbon fiber in their design, the latest Rogue Silver incorporates a high balance point and stronger 130 M.S.I. graphitic carbon fiber in the tip-section to knock down spin and flatten launch. The ion-plated finish gives the shaft a sleek look.
Buzz from Tour: “One of the things we wanted to do was try and tighten dispersion, flatten flight, lower spin. Just kind of taking a very proven tour profile and improve upon it. The 130 material is very brittle, so we put it in strategic spots within the shaft where it benefits the profile the most. The addition of that material helped us achieve the improvements we were looking to make. Due to Rogue’s strong reputation on tour, there’s been a lot of interest in the part.
