With GlobalGolf’s UTry, you can test new clubs and tech before buying them

There are few things more exciting for golfers than that telltale rectangular box sitting on the doorstep. New clubs! The feeling of euphoric hope — and visions of all the ways your new gear will help your game improve — is like no other.

But unfortunately, sometimes the new toys you’ve ordered just don’t feel the same once you get them out on the course, and that goes for both custom-fit creations and off-the-rack buys.

Luckily, ecommerce retailer GlobalGolf has a solution: UTry, a program that enables customers to try out clubs and golf tech — like rangefinders and launch monitors — for two weeks, which allows you to give new gear the test run it deserves.

UTry enables customers to try out clubs and golf tech, including rangefinders and launch monitors. GlobalGolf

UTry allows golfers to test out new clubs like TaylorMade’s Stealth line, Callaway’s Rogue, Ping’s G425, Cobra’s LTDx, Titleist’s Vokey wedges and more for 14 days with absolutely no obligation to purchase. Customers can configure certain clubs to match their current needs by addressing length, shaft flex and set make-up (i.e., 3-PW vs 5-AW), and, of course, desired loft on drivers and fairway metals. UTry trials begin the day the clubs arrive, and shipping and returns are free.

Better yet, the program covers more than just clubs. You can also use it to check out the newest and best rangefinders, GPS watches, launch monitors and other great gear.

Want to hear more? We thought so. Here’s how it works:

1. For a $25 fee ($50 for a set of irons), you can choose the clubs or tech unit you’d like to try from GlobalGolf’s extensive list. (You can even try two different brands at a time!)

2. Once the clubs or tech unit arrive, you can test them out as much as you want for the 14-day trial period.

3. At the end of the trial period, you can choose to purchase the clubs or tech unit, and the trial fee will be deducted from your purchase. Or, if you decide the clubs or tech unit aren’t right for you, you can simply return them in the pre-paid box.

The best part? If you have a current set or tech unit you’re replacing, GlobalGolf’s UTrade-In program can get you an ever bigger discount on your new products.
