Tour Validated: Testing the new Titleist TSR drivers (and giving one away!)

The much-anticipated 2022 iterations of Titleist’s high-performance drivers promise big gains in speed, distance and consistency. Promise and deliver. Called the TSR Series, the line features a pair of drivers (TSR2 and TSR3) that are built to accommodate Tour players and recreational golfers alike.

The TSR2 is designed for players who put a premium on maximum forgiveness, speed and added distance. According to Titleist, the clubhead employs a reworked CG and a Multi-Plateau VFT face that boosts speed across the face. The TSR3 is the player’s option designed for maximum workability paired with added distance. It comes with Speed Ring technology for a precisely tuned center of gravity.

Question is, which model is right for you? In the video above, Tour Validated’s DJ Lantz and True Spec Golf‘s resident gear guru Kris McCormack recently tested both drivers to see how they stack up against one another. From the results, you’ll easily see the similarities between both drivers, and also what sets each model apart.

Want a new Titleist TSR driver for yourself? Be sure to watch the whole video to find out how you could be the lucky giveaway winner!
