Course Overview

Cascata successfully transported the opulence and grandeur of the Vegas Strip, just 30 minutes away, to the rocky hillsides of Boulder City. Here, the unforgiving desert is an oasis, with lush holes carved through canyons and atop ridges. The property is on a bluff that overlooks mountain ranges around the basin. Rees Jones, who is known as the “Open Doctor” for toughening up U.S. Open venues for modern tournament play (see Bellerive Country Club, Bethpage Black and Torrey Pines South) showed his versatility on this site, building one of Nevada’s most exciting courses.
