In difficult conditions for Saturday’s final round, Harris English navigated an already brutal Torrey Pines South layout to a 73 to win the Farmers Insurance Open by one, his fifth PGA Tour title.
English uses a full bag of Ping clubs, but uses some older models as Ping Tour rep Kenton Oates describes him as a “creature of habit and routine.”
“He loves the process of what it takes to be great at this game and this bleeds into what you see in his bag,” Oates told GOLF. “He has complete trust in all 14 of his PING clubs whether it be his new Blueprint T irons or his older g400 fairway and Scottsdale Hohum putter.”
English also won using Golf Pride’s unreleased MCC Align Max grips, which he switched to this week and was the first player to adopt a full set.
Take a closer look at the full bag of Ping clubs and Titleist golf balls he used to get the job done in San Diego.
