If you are as clumsy or forgetful as me, you lose things constantly. And that’s what happened to my alignment sticks a while back. The theme of these holidays for me is my newfound old age, which is manifesting in two pretty ugly ways: hangovers and putting yips. I wish I could say I’m willing to take the difficult steps of changing the inherent issues that cause these problems — alcohol consumption and intrusive thinking — but I am honest enough to know that I am not.
