Believe it or not, the PGA Tour only has five more weeks before the start of the playoffs and then three more weeks before the end of the 2024 FedEx Cup season.

And while the 2025 season no longer begins in September, golf fans still have plenty to look forward to with the second playing of the PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup Fall series.

The FedEx Cup Fall underwent a rebrand and revamp last year in the wake of Ponte Vedra’s decision to shift back to a calendar-based schedule model. Gone was the fall season counting toward next season’s FedEx Cup point total, but it still meant something: Tour cards.

Which notable PGA Tour players could lose their cards this fall? It’s complicated
By: Jessica Marksbury

Under the new model, FedEx Cup points from the previous season now carry over to the fall and anyone outside the Top 70 must get within the Top 125 of the standings in order to retain full member status on the PGA Tour for the next season.

The fall series events also award 10 positions in the first two Signature events of the season (the Pebble Beach Pro-Am and Genesis in 2024) through the Aon Next 10 list.

While no official schedule has been released, each of the seven official events from the 2023 debut is returning for 2024, as well as the addition of one brand new PGA Tour event, the Black Desert Championship in Utah. There will also be three unofficial events before the year closes out, including the Presidents Cup in September.

Keep reading below for everything we know about the PGA Tour’s Fall 2024 schedule.
