It’s Sunday at the 2021 Zurich Classic of New Orleans and we’re coming down to the wire. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about tournament money, including payout information, winner’s share and purse.
Zurich Classic of New Orleans final round preview
A throwback tandem is clutching a narrow lead heading into the final round at the 2021 Zurich Classic. Charl Schwartzel and Louis Oosthuizen — two South Africans on the wrong side of 30 — hold a one-stroke advantage heading into Sunday’s final round at the PGA Tour’s annual team event. Sunday will see the field play alternate shot for the second time this week (as opposed to four ball, which was the format of choice for rounds 1 and 3).
Schwartzel and Oosthuizen (-19) will have to fend off charges from two groups nipping at their heels — the Aussie pair of Marc Leishman and Cameron Smith along with Cameron Champ and Tony Finau (-18). Further back, Bubba Watson and Scottie Scheffler and Viktor Hovland and Kris Ventura (both -17) will try to mount a Sunday comeback.
Below is the payout information, including winner’s share, for each team from the Zurich Classic’s $7.4 million purse; you can watch the action from 1-3:00 p.m. EST on Golf Channel, and from 3 p.m. until the completion of the tournament on CBS.
