This week’s 2025 Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass is the PGA Tour’s flagship event. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the tournament, including a full Players TV schedule, streaming info and complete tee times once they are released.
How to watch Players Championship
With an exciting Signature Event at Bay Hill out of the way, the best golfers in the world head to nearby TPC Sawgrass for the Players. The tournament features the biggest purse in golf, with $25 million being distributed among the competitors on Sunday. The winner will take home an incredible $4.5 million.
World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler was the champion the last two years, and he has no plans on giving up the title this week. Though Scheffler hasn’t won yet this season, he’s contended regularly since returning from injury.
But he’ll have to contend with a hungry World No. 2 who already has a big win in 2025 in Rory McIlroy. And Collin Morikawa, who is fresh off a near-win at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. World No. 3 Xander Schauffele is hoping to get back into contention after returning from his own injury last week.
Golf Channel and NBC will split TV coverage of the 2025 Players Championship, while PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ will offer extensive streaming coverage online. In addition, you can live stream NBC’s coverage on Peacock, and Golf Channel’s coverage on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports App.
