Before assuming Editor-in-Chief duties in July 2017, David served as GOLF’s Managing Editor of Instruction. Over a 10-year span he authored more than 90 cover stories and was the driving force behind GOLF’s Top 100 Teachers franchise. In recognition of his contributions, he received Time Inc.’s Henry R. Luce MVP Award in 2014. A 25-year veteran of the golf publishing industry, he has authored or co-authored a dozen books about golf. Today, he manages editorial content across the board for the GOLF brand, with particular focus on the newly reimagined GOLF Magazine.
