Francesco Molinari’s wife gets plenty of credit from her pro-golfer husband.
She watches him play on-site frequently — although not quite as often anymore since they have two young kids at home — but Molinari was quick to credit her after he won the British Open at Carnoustie in 2018. He said she couldn’t bare to watch Xander Schauffele finish as he tried to chase down Molinari’s clubhouse lead.
“Big credit to my wife that watches me all the time,” said Molinari. “I don’t know how she does it. I couldn’t do it.”
Molinari’s wife is Valentina Molinari, and the couple married in 2007. They have two children, Tommaso and Emma, and their family resides in London, England. According to the Express, Valentina has an MBA from the European Business MBSC in London.
