This highly addicting putting game is perfect at-home practice

I’m a big fan of at-home practice, mostly because that’s the only kind of practice available nowadays, but an especially big fan of at-home putting practice. Mostly because my putting isn’t very good, and my wife and cat get mad at me whenever I make full swings.
Which is all to say I was very excited to see this drill come across my Instagram feed the other day. I tried it myself, and now I’m hopelessly addicted.
The idea is simple. It’s bowling, basically, except instead of bowling pins you use golf tees, and instead of a bowling ball, you use your golf ball and putter.
It’s super easy to play and super fun, here’s how.
- Setting up the tees is, admittedly, the most annoying part. You need 10 tees, but it only takes about half a minute when you get good at it.
- Set up a ball about seven feet away. Obviously, the further away, the harder it is.
- Keep score! Use a bowling scorecard to kick it up a notch. You have two tries to knock down all the pints.
