The 2025 American Express begins Thursday morning with the first round at PGA West in La Quinta, Calif. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the American Express on Thursday, including full American Express TV coverage, streaming info and Round 1 tee times.
How to watch American Express on Thursday
At last year’s American Express, Nick Dunlap shocked the world when he became the first amateur since Phil Mickelson 33 years before to win a PGA Tour event.
Though he wasn’t able to collect the hefty winner’s check, the win gave Dunlap an easy path to turning pro. For good measure, Dunlap added a second win at the Barracuda Championship, this time as a pro.
Now Dunalp is at the American Express hoping to get his second season off to a good start. Dunlap will tee off for Thursday’s opening round at 11:41 a.m. ET alongside Sam Burns.
You can watch the first round of the American Express on TV via Golf Channel, which will air coverage beginning at 4 p.m. ET on Thursday. PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ will provide exclusive early coverage and featured group streaming coverage. If you have a cable subscription, you can watch a live simulcast on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports App.
